Lead East Region building maintenance operations with TCHC, managing service delivery, budgets, compliance, and teams across residential properties. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the District Manager leads day-to-day demand maintenance and cleaning activities. This full time temporary position manages approximately 80 union and two non-union staff, an operating budget of approximately $12 million, vendors, standards, and performance plans. The contract runs until April 30, 2027, with possible extension.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional building maintenance and cleaning service delivery
- Manage approximately 80 staff and district maintenance budgets
- Prioritize repairs, inspections, audits, and safety-related maintenance
- Ensure compliance with building legislation, standards, and orders




- Resolve escalations involving tenants, vendors, staff, and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or relevant property management experience
- At least five years’ building maintenance or property management experience
- At least two years’ supervisory or managerial experience
- Experience managing budgets, metrics, standards, and work structures
