You will lead design, coordinate disciplines, provide technical direction, and mentor staff to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include developing design concepts, construction staging, traffic management, and adherence to provincial standards. Solid skills in Civil 3D, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, and project coordination are essential.
