Lead Salesforce Data 360 architecture remotely from Canada, applying data modeling, identity resolution, and scalable integration expertise. As a Salesforce Data 360 Tech Lead, you will own technical design and architecture for implementations. You will guide developers, collaborate with product owners and project managers, and deliver scalable data solutions. The work spans data model strategy, ingestion, transformation, activation, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce Data 360 technical design and architecture
- Define data models, DMO decisions, and identity resolution approaches
- Lead developers through standards, reviews, and blocker removal
- Translate requirements into roadmaps, estimates, and sprint plans




- Present solution options, trade-offs, risks, and mitigation plans

Requirements:
- Six-plus years in Salesforce or data engineering roles
- Two-plus years leading teams or technical workstreams
- Two-plus years of hands-on Data 360 experience
- Advanced SQL, ETL/ELT, APIs, streaming, and batch integration skills
- Data 360 Consultant certification and Agile delivery experience Shape Salesforce Data 360 solutions through architecture, technical leadership, data modeling, and client-facing delivery across Canada.
