The position coordinates roadmaps, performance targets, deployments, health checks, and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Lean Production System phase progression across the plant
- Partner with Site Pillar Leads to improve metrics
- Conduct pillar health checks and identify improvement opportunities




- Lead initiatives minimizing quality issues and improving performance
- Coach leaders, trainers, supervisors, and operators

Requirements:
- Minimum five years of manufacturing experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Lean Production System frameworks
- Experience leading continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
- Solid project planning and organizational change capabilities
