Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Production Shift Supervisor at the St-Constant plant to lead the production team in clinker and cement with a robust focus on safety, environmental compliance, and meeting quality and budget targets. You will oversee shift operations, coordinate maintenance turnarounds, manage lab and control room parameters, and collaborate with other departments to drive reliability, efficiency, and safe production while reporting weekly to leadership.
