The Manager, Project Controls supports Corporate Engineering & Reliability across a diverse portfolio of major capital projects. This position strengthens project execution through coaching, project controls, executive reporting, and Capital Playbook improvement. It supports projects from early development through execution and closeout, including capacity expansion, operational improvement, innovation, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coach project managers on Capital Playbook requirements and controls practices
- Lead monthly executive reporting on portfolio performance, risks, and issues
- Improve project standards, tools, templates, and processes




- Support scope statements, schedules, trackers, and planning deliverables
- Oversee project documents and engineering drawing libraries

Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in technology, business, or project management
- Five-plus years in industrial project delivery or controls
- Experience with planning, scheduling, cost tracking, reporting, and coordination
- Robust scope, scheduling, cost management, and reporting knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint Apply project controls, executive reporting, and planning expertise to major Maple Leaf Foods manufacturing investments.
