Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and Grid Infrastructure expertise are central to Cayenta’s remote Technical Consultant role serving business-critical customer environments. This Managed Services position focuses on high-availability Oracle 19c administration across complex production environments. You will monitor database health, support standby operations, troubleshoot replication, and maintain recoverability. The role also includes performance analysis, infrastructure troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer Oracle RAC clusters and investigate cluster health issues
- Monitor Data Guard redo transport, apply, switchover, and failover
- Install, patch, and maintain Grid Infrastructure, Clusterware, and ASM
- Analyze wait events, execution plans,



and diagnostic reports
- Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions

Requirements:
- Minimum three years of hands-on Oracle 19c experience
- Demonstrated RAC cluster administration and high-availability operations
- Hands-on Data Guard configuration, administration, and maintenance
- Oracle RMAN backup, restore, and recovery experience
