Support FLINT maintenance projects as an HSE Lead with frequent remote-site travel and robust environment, health, and safety expertise. This HSE Lead position promotes safety-focused practices across employees and subcontractors. You will apply OHS regulations, advise management, and support HSE training and development. The work includes WCB management, incident investigations, reporting, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote health, safety, and environmental practices
- Support HSE training and development with technical expertise
- Manage WCB alongside Human Resources
- Support management during incident investigations and reporting
- Ensure causes and corrective actions are implemented

Requirements:
- CRSP certification or Occupational Health and Safety Certificate preferred
- Knowledge of HSE Management Systems and audit tools
- Alberta Partnerships Certificate of Recognition experience
- WHMIS, CSTS-09, H2S Alive, Fall Protection, and CSO tickets
- Effective HSE Advisor leadership and English communication skills Bring practical HSE leadership, training support, and compliance knowledge to FLINT’s frequently traveling maintenance project team.
