Shape enterprise AI delivery as a Senior Business Analyst using requirements analysis and GenAI knowledge in the GTA hybrid work model. Downtown Toronto attendance is mandatory Mondays. This 12-month assignment supports Commercial and Corporate Banking initiatives within a regulated environment. You will partner with stakeholders, project teams, risk, compliance, and governance partners. The work covers machine learning, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, and GenAI.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions documenting processes, workflows, pain points, and user journeys
- Gather requirements and translate target states into prioritized capabilities
- Create process maps, user stories, and functional documentation
- Support backlog prioritization, testing scenarios, and User Acceptance Testing
- Coordinate stakeholder communications,

Requirements:
- 10+ years of business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments
- Solid requirements gathering, documentation, validation, and facilitation experience
- Experience with Agile delivery, process mapping, workflows, and user stories
- Understanding of enterprise AI, risks, governance, and regulated environments
