Lead AI/ML delivery for PlayStation in Waterloo, ON, coordinating model programs, engineering dependencies, and production monitoring across distributed teams. As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will guide AI/ML products from concept through deployment and post-launch evaluation. You will work with applied scientists, Data Engineering, ML Engineering, Product, Design, and analytics. Your programs may span personalization, recommendation, experimentation, or trust and safety systems serving global users.

Key Responsibilities
- Own AI/ML delivery roadmaps from model concept through monitoring
- Define success measures with business partners before delivery
- Translate performance targets into milestones and dependencies




- Manage cross-team and cross-timezone delivery risks
- Drive remediation when model or system metrics degrade

Requirements:
- Seven-plus years as a technical program manager
- At least three years delivering AI/ML or applied data science
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Working fluency across the machine learning lifecycle
- Experience running distributed engineering programs end-to-end Bring AI/ML lifecycle knowledge, technical leadership, and program execution to production machine learning systems at PlayStation.
