Lead product design for My Music Staff, TutorBird, and AthletaDesk in Burlington, Ontario, using discovery and interaction design. This is fully in-office, with flexibility when needed. As Lead Product Designer, you will guide a team of four designers while owning complex SaaS problems yourself. You will research customer needs, challenge assumptions, and turn complicated workflows into clearer software. The work spans discovery through implementation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily product design across three SaaS products
- Own complex problems from discovery through implementation
- Conduct customer interviews and review product feedback
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs
- Mentor designers through coaching, feedback, and design reviews

Requirements:
- Eight or more years of product design experience
- Robust UX and interaction design skills
- Experience with research, usability testing, and interviews
- Understanding of workflows, information architecture, and edge cases
- Ability to challenge assumptions and explain design thinking Apply product thinking, customer research, and coaching to make complex software genuinely easier to use.
