- Investigate service issues, record their impact and coordinate an agreed resolution.
- Maintain approved configurations and document changes before handover.
- Review recurring faults with service owners and track corrective actions. What you will bring
- Relevant experience supporting enterprise technology in a live operating environment.
- Practical troubleshooting skills and accurate change documentation.
- Ability to explain service risks to colleagues with different technical backgrounds.



Establish a reliable working process for network provisioning and configuration automation, with clear ownership and evidence that the agreed improvements are in use. Working arrangements This role combines attendance at the listed location with agreed remote working. Team attendance depends on the assignment. Progress is measured against completed work. Attendance at the progress meeting is recorded separately. Compensation and development The base-pay range is C$95,000–C$125,000 CAD annually.
