Build Chilliwack’s integrated plant process view using process governance, SAP EWM, SAP DM, and cross-functional alignment skills. Support a manufacturing site across connected operations. As Process Governance Specialist, you will connect Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, Intralogistics, and IT. You will maintain process models, identify gaps, support governance standards, and drive continuous improvement. The role also owns documentation, training verification, system support, and knowledge management across the premix facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Chilliwack’s end-to-end process landscape
- Connect BPOs, key users, SMEs, and OEM partners
- Identify process gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities
- Develop SOPs, work instructions,



and training materials
- Support SAP EWM, SAP DM, and root-cause investigations

Requirements:
- Manufacturing, food production, ingredients, or chemical-processing experience
- Knowledge of WMS or MES systems
- Experience with SOPs, QMS, and process documentation
- Solid communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
- Experience with process management, testing, training, or documentation platforms Bring process integration, practical documentation, SAP systems support, and training expertise to Red Bull Canada’s Chilliwack operations.
