As Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will manage payroll and benefits end to end for 150 to 200 employees across three companies. The role covers salaried, hourly, and field staff, with responsibility for statutory compliance, benefits administration, and accurate records. You will work with Human Resources, finance, and the CFO while supporting growth toward 300 employees.

Key Responsibilities
- Process scheduled payroll for salaried, hourly, and field employees
- Administer hires, changes, leaves, terminations, and Records of Employment
- Complete remittances, year-end filings, reconciliations, and payroll reports




- Administer group benefits and retirement plan contributions
- Maintain aligned payroll, HR, and finance systems

Requirements:
- Payroll Compliance Professional designation or completion in progress
- Five or more years of full-cycle Canadian payroll experience
- Experience across multiple provinces and legal entities
- Hands-on group benefits and retirement plan administration
