This manager owns business relationships and value realization for HR technology vendors and platforms. Working autonomously, the role coordinates HR, Technology, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, Finance, Product Management, platform owners, and vendors. Responsibilities span governance, contracts, roadmaps, invoices, renewals, risks, and RFP support.

Key Responsibilities
- Own HR technology vendor relationships and stakeholder coordination
- Define KPIs, SLAs, commitments, outcomes, and feedback
- Plan quarterly business reviews and manage vendor accountability
- Support contracts, renewals, negotiations, and commercial protections




- Evaluate roadmaps, invoices, renewals, RFPs, and implementations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Seven or more years of relevant experience
- Enterprise software vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Experience coordinating QBRs, KPIs, renewals, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Robust negotiation, financial management, judgment, and follow-through Apply HR technology governance, commercial judgment, and vendor relationship expertise across McKesson’s evolving platforms.
