Lead GreyOwl’s Canadian operations with technology-enabled service delivery, scalable processes, and accountability across a diverse North American business. As Vice President, Operations or COO, you will direct day-to-day operations for GreyOwl, an Onni Group technology subsidiary. You will assess workflows, strengthen managed-services delivery, and build operating structures supporting growth. The mandate combines strategy, execution, financial oversight, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- Significant progressive leadership experience overseeing complex service operations
- Managed Services and recurring service-delivery experience
- Technology-enabled operations and process automation experience
- Financial acumen covering budgets, forecasts, margins, and resource planning
