The City of Leduc seeks a Manager, Aquatic Services reporting to the Director, Recreation Services. You will guide Aquatic Coordinators, oversee aquatic programs, and support operational goals. The work combines stakeholder engagement, customer service, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and five years’ related experience
- Current or previous first aid and lifeguarding awards
- Five to six years’ aquatic leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of aquatic facilities, pool systems, and programs
