Lead Maximo functional consulting with 10+ years of configuration experience in a hybrid Toronto contract, with work from home possible outside the GTA. This Senior Maximo Functional Consultant will support the City project through design recommendations, configuration validation, and implementation readiness. The work requires hands-on Maximo Manage expertise, Work Management configuration, data migration, and integration review. You will contribute across development, testing, pre-production, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Maximo Manage design recommendations and decision notes
- Review configuration workbooks, workflows, security, reports, and dashboards
- Validate builds and document issues, gaps, risks, and corrections
- Support data mapping, reconciliation,



migration readiness, and defect analysis
- Contribute to testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization

Requirements:
- 10+ years hands-on Maximo configuration experience
- Three full-cycle Maximo implementations as an application consultant
- End-to-end Work Management configuration experience
- Deep Maximo data model and setup experience
- Experience with integrations, SIT/UAT, defect triage, and go-live Apply Maximo configuration, migration, integration, and testing expertise to a senior functional consulting assignment supporting Toronto delivery.
