- Administer and maintain the company’s infrastructure: servers, networks, workstations, mobile devices, storage systems, and cloud environments
- Ensure the smooth operation, availability, and performance of the ERP and business applications, in collaboration with users and vendors
- Manage access, identities, and the IT asset inventory, and support users in resolving incidents and requests
- Plan and implement updates, patches, backups,

- Continuously assess the company’s security posture to detect vulnerabilities and prioritize patches
- Implement and evolve protective measures: network segmentation, system hardening, access and identity management
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents, and coordinate the necessary actions in the event of an alert Support and Awareness-Raising for the Organization
