Modernize Haleon’s finance function in a hybrid Mississauga office through AI tools, Power BI dashboards, and process improvement. In this Commercial Finance Manager role, you will support Canadian Finance operations while partnering across a matrix organization. Your work includes reporting, compliance, internal controls, product costing, and shared service coordination. You will communicate with Canadian leadership, US Finance, Site Finance, Controllers, and Corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive finance modernization through AI and Power BI
- Enhance reporting dashboards and commercial financial processes
- Maintain internal control and SOX compliance documentation
- Update provincial formulary pricing schedules




- Coordinate government surveys and sustainability accounting requirements

Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Skilled accounting designation and business maturity
- Six to seven years of advanced finance experience
- Five to seven years of Consumer Packaged Goods experience
- Power BI, CPA, MBA, or SAP P2P experience preferred Use finance operations, compliance, and digital reporting expertise to advance modernization across Haleon’s Canadian finance function.
