As a Senior Consultant, you will turn ambiguous strategic questions into clear plans, evidence, insights, and recommendations. You will work with Sun Life Health peers, report to the Director, Strategy, and engage senior leaders across the business. The work spans annual planning, executive communications, strategic initiatives, and monthly reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Frame complex problems into answerable questions and testable hypotheses
- Gather evidence, analyze data, and identify meaningful strategic insights
- Prepare executive-ready materials for leadership, the CEO, and Board




- Build trusted relationships and keep stakeholders informed throughout workstreams
- Run monthly reporting and quarterly briefing note preparation

Requirements:
- Three or more years in strategy consulting or analytical problem-solving
- Structured, hypothesis-driven problem-solving experience
- Strong Excel skills, clean modelling habits, and basic statistics
- Clear writing, slide-building, communication, and presentation skills
