As a senior advisor, you will translate complex requirements into HRIS processes, designs, roadmaps, and outcomes. The work spans SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent Builder, Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrations, data privacy, and governance. You will also support implementation cycles and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise HR leaders and process owners on target-state solutions
- Lead functional analysis, requirements, testing, and deployment readiness
- Oversee SuccessFactors integrations, data flows, security, and privacy
- Guide releases, upgrades,



regression testing, and go-no-go recommendations
- Mentor analysts and facilitate cross-functional governance forums

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- 8+ years working with SAP SuccessFactors HR systems
- Experience with implementation cycles and upgrade testing
- Ability to design agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot tools
- Knowledge of HR processes, data privacy, and Responsible AI Bring senior HRIS expertise, AI agent design, and privacy-focused solution leadership to Bombardier’s Aerospace Canada organization.
