As Section Chief, Project Engineering, you represent the Defense Director on project engineering matters. You manage engineering scope, budget, schedules, risks, reviews, and change governance from development through certification and entry into service. The position coordinates cross-functional teams, suppliers, and other project organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the engineering plan and its governance
- Manage engineering scope, budget, schedule, risks, and priorities
- Represent the Defense Director on project engineering matters
- Coordinate program, supplier,



technical, and change reviews
- Recruit, develop, and evaluate engineering employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 10 years’ aerospace integration experience
- At least three years’ supervisory experience
- Advanced project management and BES knowledge
- Fluency in French and English
