Shape multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data pipelines as a hands-on Cloud Architect & Engineer with ProMach’s ZPI team. Influence products from concept through production.

ZPI develops digital intelligence software for packaged goods manufacturing and is expanding its cloud-native product portfolio. In this position, you will design, build, deploy, and maintain cloud-based products alongside engineers. Your scope includes customer data isolation, scalable infrastructure, backend services, databases, observability, and cloud operations. You will evaluate platforms, document decisions, and communicate architecture clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience integrating cloud platforms with on-premises or operationally constrained environments is relevant to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate technology and platform options for maintainable products




- Document architectural decisions and their supporting reasoning
- Build backend components and deploy cloud infrastructure
- Move customer operational data securely into cloud systems
- Operate production systems with monitoring and observability

Requirements:
- Experience with SaaS multi-tenancy and customer data isolation
- Database schema, query performance, and storage tradeoff experience
- Cloud integration experience with on-premises environments
- Transparent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Comfort making sound decisions amid ambiguity
