The Director of Finance ensures accounting integrity and accurate Marmon Standard Practice Instruction compliant financial statements. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance & Controller, this leader manages the accounting department and four direct reports. The position advances data based decision making through cross functional collaboration and financial knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP compliant financial statements
- Manage parent company reporting requirements through OneStream
- Maintain Marmon instructions, SOX controls, and FCPA compliance
- Support quarterly, annual,



and statutory tax filings
- Implement finance processes that improve efficiency and innovation

Requirements:
- CPA designation required
- Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Epicor or similar ERP experience
- Knowledge of automated accounting reporting systems
- Self motivated, organized, and detail oriented approach
