Lead municipal wastewater engineering across Ontario with CIMA+ from Mississauga, Markham, or Kitchener in a hybrid work model.

As Director, Wastewater, you will guide strategic growth, technical delivery, client engagement, and team leadership. Your work will support complex wastewater and municipal infrastructure projects through planning, design, construction, and commissioning. You will also advise municipalities and shape project solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership and design direction on wastewater projects
- Lead multidisciplinary teams through complete project delivery phases
- Direct treatment facilities, collection systems, and pumping stations
- Manage budgets, resources, risks, coordination, and quality assurance




- Lead client relationships, proposals, pursuits, and market growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
- Ontario Skilled Engineer license
- Minimum 15 years of municipal wastewater experience
- Experience leading projects from planning through construction
- Expertise in treatment, collection systems, pumping stations, and planning
