This Staff Engineer provides advanced hands-on development, technical design, and architecture without direct reports. You will lead cross-functional, multi-platform application systems while supporting engineering standards, developer experience, and mentorship. The work spans Java, Python, Go, AWS, data modelling, and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical design and development of fault-tolerant application systems
- Contribute to high-level design methodology and architecture ownership
- Improve internal frameworks, tools, and developer experience
- Establish code review standards and engineering best practices




- Mentor junior and intermediate associates through engineering standards

Requirements:
- At least six years of hands-on development experience
- Six years in application development, data design, modelling, or architecture
- Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
- Mentorship experience supporting junior and intermediate associates
- Eight-plus years leading full software development life cycles preferred
