The Toronto-based venture studio is expanding its Partnership team with a commercially driven business developer. You will engage CEOs, founders, board members, and other C-suite leaders, then lead opportunities through qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing. The work combines enterprise hunting, relationship development, and clear communication of why companies should build ventures together.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop pipelines of net-new enterprise and mid-market prospects
- Engage executive sponsors for partnerships and engagements
- Explain the venture studio model through tailored cases




- Attend the State of AI Summit and industry events
- Transfer signed deals with complete delivery context

Requirements:
- Five-plus years selling enterprise solutions or developing recent business
- Direct experience with founders, boards, CEOs, and C-suite leaders
- Quota-carrying hunter with complex net-new deal experience
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- GTA or Canadian executive network is an asset
