As a ServiceNow ITOM Architecture Lead, you will design architectures connecting ServiceNow with monitoring, observability, cloud, network, infrastructure, application, and security platforms. Your work will establish service-aware operations through CMDB, Common Service Data Model, service topology, and Configuration Items. You will also guide automation and remediation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design ServiceNow ITOM and AIOps architecture
- Integrate enterprise monitoring and observability platforms
- Define service topology and impact analysis dependencies
- Design automated incident and remediation workflows




- Review implementations against approved architecture

Requirements:
- Robust ServiceNow architecture and ITOM experience
- Knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping, and Health Log Analytics
- Experience with event correlation, noise reduction, and service health
- Understanding of Flow Designer, orchestration, and IntegrationHub
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
