This Senior Construction Manager will oversee an expanding Ontario construction division’s wood-frame portfolio. The work includes multiple six-storey apartment developments, phased buildings, concrete underground parkades, occasional retail, and amenity buildings. You will build teams and establish scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead delivery of multiple six-storey stick-built apartment developments
- Oversee phased buildings and predominantly single-level underground parkades
- Build and lead Project Managers and Site Superintendents
- Own budgets, schedules, procurement, quality, and safety




- Collaborate with Western Canadian construction colleagues

Requirements:
- Extensive multi-storey stick-built wood-frame residential experience
- Track record overseeing multiple construction sites
- Experience developing and leading construction teams
- Robust building sequencing, budgeting, and risk management knowledge
- Comfort travelling between Vaughan-area construction sites
