This manager oversees hands-on accounting and reporting across early-stage and growth-stage clients. The work includes founder advisory, audit readiness, financial operations, and client engagement management. You will partner with experienced CFOs on complex accounting and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple startup client accounts
- Prepare monthly reports and review financial statements
- Resolve accounting issues and improve audit-ready processes
- Coordinate US and Canadian audit preparation
- Build budgets, forecasts, models, and cash flow plans

Requirements:
- CPA designation and Accounting degree
- Five to ten years of progressive accounting experience
