This Senior Software Developer role sits within the DevX team, which owns Robinhood’s core developer infrastructure. You will help engineers code, test, and deploy with minimal friction. The work includes GitHub configurations, pre-merge checks, test execution, and onboarding improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scale CI pipelines for thousands of daily builds
- Manage GitHub repository configurations and pre-merge checks
- Maintain test executions focused on speed and reliability
- Reduce onboarding time-to-first-commit for current engineers




- Provide remote environments for faster development workflows

Requirements:
- Experience building developer infrastructure or CI/CD pipelines
- Proficiency writing clean, maintainable code in Go or Python
- Experience with large-scale build systems such as Bazel
- Understanding of distributed systems and Kubernetes orchestration
- Focus on engineering workflows and developer productivity
