As Regional Director of Long-Term Care Operations, you oversee Regional Managers and homes within the Long-Term Care portfolio. You help fulfill Jarlette Health Services’ corporate mandate while supporting its philosophy and mission. The position requires managerial experience, financial knowledge, and understanding of long-term care regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Regional Managers and supervised long-term care homes
- Support overall operation of the Long-Term Care portfolio

Requirements:
- Five years’ managerial or supervisory health services experience
- Post-secondary degree or qualifying health services diploma
- Completed or enrolled long-term care administration program
- Thorough knowledge of Ontario long-term care regulations
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
