Lead complex deal shaping at Avanade as a Senior Solution Architect, combining solution configuration, client engagement, and commercial insight across global delivery.

This senior role supports large Consulting and Managed Services deals within the GSAD Solutioning Tower. You will shape end-to-end solutions, interpret client requirements, and collaborate across Avanade, Accenture, regions, areas, delivery centers, and third parties. The work also supports offering and asset development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Shape Consulting and Managed Services solutions for complex deals
- Validate requirements and explore solution options with stakeholders
- Develop solution plans, cost models, pricing, and commercial strategies
- Identify risks and support service transition and implementation




- Present solution approaches to client stakeholder groups

Requirements:
- Proven experience solutioning deals exceeding $5m USD
- Expertise in solution planning and deal shaping
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and platforms
- Robust leadership, communication, influence, and negotiation capabilities
- Experience with global delivery across geographies and industries

Shape strategic Avanade deals through solution architecture, cost modeling, client leadership, and globally coordinated service delivery expertise.
