As Director, Program Planning & Support, you will report to the Executive Director, Insights for Better Health. The full time temporary assignment supports strategy through operational and business plans, monitoring, reporting, and course correction. You will work across functions and with system and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Articulate healthcare system gaps and needs
- Develop and execute operational and business plans
- Cascade, monitor, and report plan progress
- Support course correction across planned activities
- Develop partnerships with system and community partners

Requirements:
- Experience in strategic planning
- Seven years of leadership experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent education and experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Advanced communication and critical thinking skills
