Apply aluminum die casting expertise to process routes, tooling, and machining at Pangeo’s Project North plant in Vaughan, Ontario. Work on site. This Engineering Manager leads new-product process planning, equipment selection, and technical development for Pangeo’s aluminum die casting and machining operation. You will support quotations, launches, running production, and process technology improvements. The position includes regular production-floor time and start-up flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Own die casting and machining process routes and tooling
- Develop equipment selection and tooling or fixture concepts
- Research and apply new process technologies internally
- Resolve die casting, machining, technical, and quality issues




- Coordinate engineering with production, quality, maintenance, and purchasing

Requirements:
- Substantial hands-on aluminum or non-ferrous die casting experience
- Tooling design and machining process experience
- Three or more years of technical management experience
- Engineering diploma or degree in a related discipline
- Solid IATF 16949 knowledge and Microsoft 365 proficiency Bring die casting process depth, tooling knowledge, and cross-functional technical leadership to Pangeo’s Vaughan facility.
