This Nurse Practitioner serves young people approximately ages 12–25 in community-based settings. The work emphasizes early intervention, health promotion, and accessible, youth-friendly care. Services include assessment, diagnosis, treatment, mental health support, and referrals.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for acute and chronic conditions
- Order diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and make referrals
- Deliver contraception, STI, and pregnancy counselling services
- Screen mental health and substance use concerns
- Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation

Requirements:
- Current BLS certification and skilled liability protection
- Knowledge of youth mental health and harm reduction
- Affirming, non-judgmental, client-centered approach
