Lead platform delivery enablement at OpenTable while shaping operating mechanisms, AWS migration execution, and AI-assisted workflows in a hybrid Toronto role. The Platform Delivery Enablement Lead strengthens coordination across Infrastructure Engineering, Security, Enterprise Systems, Corporate IT, Tech Table, Product Engineering, and vendors. This technical hybrid program leader improves intake, prioritization, dependency management, readiness reviews, communications, and escalation paths. The role supports OpenTable’s large-scale AWS migration transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve planning rhythms, executive reviews, intake, prioritization, and decision records
- Clarify owners, commitments, capacity, sequencing, and acceptance criteria
- Establish integrated AWS migration plans and readiness mechanisms
- Translate strategy, OKRs, security priorities,



and trade-offs into decisions
- Implement AI-assisted status, risk, dependency, and communication workflows

Requirements:
- Eight-plus years leading complex technical programs or comparable operations
- Experience coordinating infrastructure, cloud, security, and enterprise technology teams
- Experience creating intake, planning, risk, dependency, and escalation mechanisms
- Experience enabling major technology transformations, including cloud migrations
