Mecka AI is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to build and run the PMO for studio projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery and on-spec results. You will lead a team of project managers and be accountable for every project landing on time and within budget. You will plan from scoping to delivery, drive capacity planning, and align hardware, engineering, operations, and partner teams on a single plan, reporting weekly to the Head of Studio. We value structured thinking and proactive risk management.
