We're looking for scientists and researchers who understand the problem from the inside – who have run experiments, wrestled with figures, navigated lab workflows – and are now building tools to solve their problems. With AI-assisted coding, the gap between "I have an idea" and "I built it" has never been smaller. We think the best next generation of product builders will come from people with deep domain expertise and the curiosity to prototype fast.

What you'll do
Own discovery for your product area: identify unmet needs,



and turn insights into a clear point of view on what to build Prototype new features and ideas yourself using AI-assisted tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar Ship things.
