Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineers through coaching, reviews, hiring, and development plans
- Set priorities and maintain a transparent, ranked backlog
- Define architecture, review code, and contribute to implementation
- Improve CI/CD, deployment safety,



and automated rollback
- Oversee reliability, security, incidents, and operational practices

Requirements:
- 8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- At least 3 years managing engineers
- Production Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP or AWS experience
- Hands-on infrastructure, architecture, code review, and implementation skills
- Experience with SOC 2 or comparable security frameworks Bring platform leadership, Kubernetes expertise, and cloud engineering judgment to strengthen biomedical software delivery and operational reliability.
