Shape Felix’s LLM platform from Toronto or remotely across Canada, focusing on model management, evaluation, and production reliability. This Engineering Manager role leads the AI team behind Felix’s patient and operations experiences. You will help define the roadmap while building systems for retrieval, prompt and model management, guardrails, and monitoring. You will also guide quality measurement and experimentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize systems supporting Felix AI products
- Set standards for measuring AI quality and evaluation
- Operate production AI through upgrades, cost, and latency decisions
- Monitor systems and identify degradation before patients do
- Plan team ceremonies and development alongside Product
Requirements:
- Three or more years as an engineering leader or manager
- Hands-on production experience with LLM or ML products
- Familiarity with evaluation, observability, and experimentation tooling
- Ability to unblock and lead development teams
- Experience with front-end and back-end technologies Bring engineering management and hands-on AI delivery experience to Felix’s evaluation-focused healthcare platform team.
