As Head of Product, Personal Banking, you will own the experience end-to-end, including strategy, propositions, metrics, and business performance. You will guide products spanning money management, banking, savings, investments, money movement, and future lending. Success requires consumer product leadership, experimentation, and sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:
- 10+ years building consumer products and owning growth economics
- 5+ years leading product managers through hiring and coaching
- Experience scaling 0-1 products and operating large products
- Shipped AI-led products for real consumers
