Protect quality across Ontario Health digital health systems from a designated Ontario office, combining QA leadership, scripting, and application support. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer guides consistent testing practices across complex projects and programs. You will collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and solution designs. The position supports application reliability through automation, defect management, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide QA guidance and promote automation across project and product teams
- Design test assets, environments, frameworks, scripts, and test data
- Track execution, document results, and report testing status
- Recommend remediation after investigating testing and production issues




- Maintain testing alignment with Ontario Health standards and project plans

Requirements:
- Technical degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline
- Extensive automation framework experience for integrated applications and web services
- Solid Java, JavaScript, C, Groovy, PowerShell, Bash, Perl, or Python experience
- Experience with Jira, TFS, source control, and configuration management
- Production application support and after-hours on-call participation required Use QA leadership, automation frameworks, and technical troubleshooting to strengthen Ontario Health’s integrated digital solutions.
