Lead tunnel concrete construction for Scarborough Transit Connect, using structural concrete expertise across waterproofing, rebar, forming, and pumping activities. Support Toronto’s Scarborough Subway Extension. As SEM Superintendent, you will report to the Final Lining Manager and direct daily tunnel final lining operations. You will manage crews, coordinate waterproofing and rebar subcontractors, and maintain project requirements, schedules, quality standards, and safety expectations. This position supports the SSE-SRS package delivered by STC, a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage secure tunnel concrete construction activities
- Lead final lining operations and construction coordination
- Direct formwork and concrete pumping crews




- Coordinate waterproofing and rebar subcontractors
- Maintain reports, progress tracking, permits, and inspections

Requirements:
- 10+ years managing structural concrete works
- Experience with large-scale transit, tunneling, or infrastructure projects
- Experience managing waterproofing and rebar subcontractors
- Experience installing tunnel formwork and arch formwork
- Knowledge of sequencing, logistics, temporary works, and safety standards Bring concrete construction leadership, tunnel final lining experience, and safety expertise to the Scarborough Subway Extension in Toronto.
