Support construction project delivery at EllisDon through scheduling, contract software, and explicit coordination with project teams and stakeholders. Assist across project phases. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support planning, design interpretation, budgeting, scheduling, and construction coordination. Your work includes RFIs, submittals, subcontract administration, billing, reporting, and communication. You will help manage consultants, contractors, project documentation, safety planning, quality control, and risk identification.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and specification analysis from pre-construction through completion
- Create and track RFIs, submittals, agreements, and expediting lists
- Develop and monitor construction schedules, budgets, and milestones
- Administer subcontracts and track compliance,



changes, and deliverables
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, meetings, reports, billing, and project risks

Requirements:
- Construction degree or diploma and three-plus years’ experience
- Equivalent technical training and project management experience accepted
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of scheduling, project management, and contract software
