Deploy North securely across private cloud and on-premises environments using Kubernetes, Helm, and enterprise infrastructure expertise. Cohere’s remote-friendly model supports global customer work. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist, you will connect Cohere’s North platform with enterprise engineering teams. You will plan deployments, assess infrastructure and security requirements, and tailor solutions for clients in finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. Customer engagement and Agentic AI are central to this work.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead North deployments across private cloud and on-premises environments
- Plan, configure, test, and roll out enterprise implementations
- Assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data management practices




- Design deployment strategies aligned with client needs
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions

Requirements:
- Experience working directly with customers
- Enterprise software deployment experience in private or hybrid clouds
- Production Kubernetes administration and Helm expertise
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
- Cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization expertise Apply Kubernetes, Helm, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing engineering skills to deploy Cohere North for enterprise clients.
