Drive digital change at Soucy by leading IT infrastructure, application performance, and cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. As IT Supervisor, you will define requirements, implement solutions, and optimize applications while supporting users. You will administer servers, networks, workstations, mobile devices, storage systems, and cloud environments. The role also covers ERP availability, identity management, security monitoring, and compliance support.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer servers, networks, devices, storage, and cloud environments
- Maintain ERP and business application performance with users and vendors
- Manage access, identities, assets, incidents, and user requests
- Implement updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery plans




- Monitor security incidents and coordinate responses to alerts

Requirements:
- Expertise in IT infrastructure administration and operations
- Experience analyzing, developing, and optimizing applications
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and security posture monitoring
- Understanding of network segmentation, hardening, and identity management
- Ability to support compliance initiatives, including CMMC and PMC Bring infrastructure management, application optimization, user support, and cybersecurity expertise to Soucy’s digital projects.
