O in Nepean, combining people leadership with hands-on systems integration, testing, and technical delivery. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, Defence and Advanced Robotics, you will deliver recurring defence innovation and agri-tech programs. The Engineering Manager, Programs leads a small multidisciplinary team while contributing technically across robotics, integration, fabrication, and evaluation. You will coordinate client-facing delivery, budgets, milestones, trials, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Deliver recurring programs against milestones, budgets, and KPIs
- Plan trials, demonstrations, authorizations, and safety requirements
- Oversee Area X.




O’s design and fabrication lab
- Provide hands-on integration, testing, analysis, and fault diagnosis

Requirements:
- Engineering, computer science, or related technical education
- Three to seven years of progressive engineering experience
- Experience leading engineers or technical teams
- Canadian citizenship and Secret clearance eligibility
- Python or another programming language proficiency Bring robotics depth, business judgment, and client-facing communication to Area X.
