Lead Agropur’s Burnaby plant operations with expertise in production management, continuous improvement, and performance optimization. This regular position oversees teams, systems, and results. As Plant Director, you will direct day-to-day operations while ensuring quality, food safety, health and safety, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives. You will manage budgets, capital planning, workforce performance, and site initiatives. The position requires leadership across maintenance, shipping, engineering, employee relations, and union relations. You will also support current products, processes, and equipment while advancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance objectives
- Develop operational and capital budgets aligned with business objectives
- Optimize materials, equipment, processes,



and workforce utilization
- Implement site initiatives, products, processes, and equipment
- Communicate priorities and performance results to employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, engineering, business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive operations and production management experience
- Plant Manager or comparable plant leadership experience
- Food, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industry background
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving Apply plant leadership, operational expertise, and continuous improvement knowledge to Agropur’s Burnaby manufacturing performance and objectives.
